Fan builds hobbit-inspired rental home

A "Lord of the Rings" superfan is building a Hobbit's cozy dream home--a partially underground "Hobbit hole" based on those found dotted throughout the Shire in J.R.R. Tolkein's "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings" series.
