State lawmaker accused of domestic terrorism uses Trump impeachment as defense

A Republican state lawmaker, Matt Shea, is accused of participating "in an act of domestic terrorism against the United States," according to a new report released by the Washington State House Republicans on their website. CNN's Sara Sidner reports.
