US citizen and her 8-year-old daughter stuck in Wuhan

Priscilla Dickey and her 8-year-old daughter Hermione were supposed to be among the hundreds of Americans who boarded a charter flight arranged by the US government to leave Wuhan, China. But Hermione did not have her passport and could not board the flight. CNN's David Culver reports.
