Coronavirus infection cluster emerges outside mainland China

South Korea scrambles to deal with a surge in confirmed coronavirus cases over the past two days. Its southern city Daegu is becoming the new ground zero. Outside mainland China, more local transmissions are also being reported. CNN's Paula Hancocks reports.
