US couple in limbo as wife is quarantined in Japan

Kent and Rebecca Frasure from Oregon are both in Japan, but they're kept apart. She's quarantined in a hospital in Tokyo, while he's free to roam the city. CNN's Will Ripley follows Kent around Tokyo as he visits Rebecca at the hospital.
