CNN's Brianna Keilar pushes state official on his promise to Trump

After President Trump has repeatedly railed on mail-in voting, Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill tweeted that his state would not allow mail-in ballots but would provide absentee ballots for those who do not feel safe voting at the poles due to the coronavirus.
