Defying Bolsonaro, Brazilian congress orders mandatory mask wearing

Brazil's congress voted for mandatory mask wearing in closed spaces such as commercial establishments, offices, schools and places of worship, overturning President Jair Bolsonaro's previous veto. CNN's Rafael Romo reports.
