Swedish doctors frustrated with nation's lack of tough Covid-19 measures

Sweden has been relying on a relatively more relaxed Covid-19 strategy, but with the coronavirus surging again, front line doctors tell CNN they are frustrated with the lack of tougher measures. CNN's Phil Black reports.
