Wisconsin Lt. Gov.: Trump is trying to delegitimize votes of people of color

The Trump campaign has filed for a limited recount of two Wisconsin counties: Milwaukee County and Dane County. Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes tells CNN's Don Lemon that the recount is all about delegitimizing the votes of people of color.
