Former GOP senator: If McConnell said this, 'it's shameful'

Former Secretary of Defense and former GOP senator from Nebraska, Chuck Hagel, reacts to reporting that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has made the unusual move of asking wavering senators to support filibustering a bill creating a January 6 commission as "a personal favor" to him.
